THE PROCESS

Step 1

With the information provided by you, from our wedding enquiry form, you will receive an initial estimate of costs.  This is an estimate to give you an idea of where to set your budget.

Step 2

We will provide actual costs after we have met and gathered all the information of what you would like for your Wedding day or event.  Following our consultation you will be provided with a detailed mood board and design proposal, outlining your theme and details of the floral arrangements and accessories for your event.

Step 3

Confirming your booking after our initial consultation and design proposal, we require a 50% deposit of the final quote to secure our services for your wedding day or event.  At this stage we also arrange a site visit, to actually see your venue and take any necessary measurements. 

Step 4

Reviewing the consultation, this will usually occur within 6-8 weeks before your wedding or event date.  We will review the design and all the details, make any amendments and finalize on flower choices and accessories.

Step 5

Full and final payment is due 30 days before the event date.

Step 6

Beverley and her team will be at the Ceremony site and the reception venue preparing and installing your beautiful flowers.  The bridal bouquet and bridal flowers will be hand delivered in the morning or by arrangement with you.
